Re: price difference
You can expect Interceptor prices to rise next year as I am getting ready to sell mine after 27 years. LOL

Re: Restomod Int on Collecting Cars auction site LHT 7L 128 8044
One of the most stylish modded Interceptors I have ever seen. The workmanship on widening the wheel wells is flawless and really not noticeable yet the car retains much of it's stock mechanicals. Would have liked to see more pictures of the suspension work though. Should have sold for double that am...

Re: SP at H&H auction 131-4913 REA 45L
So basically needs a total restoration and of course the obvious and not mentioned missing parts! They need to show more vin stampings besides the unattached tag!

My suggestion for the calipers is do not waste any time on them. This is the most important part on the car! Buy new calipers from your local Jensen supplier.

Re: Apparently an SP
I doubt it. It has all of the later stuff like the license plate lights, the J emblem and the bumper fillers. That is most likely a 1973 or 74. Looks like there is no left side door or front fender.

That is not an SP. It has bumper fillers and the J emblem in the back. It is a newer car.

Looks like a nice car. Foolish to not get it out of the garage and clean it up. Someone is going to get a good deal on this one.

Re: Interceptor MKIII - 129/5640 - Complete restoration
WOW is all I can say besides Welcome. Not sure what other car you have restored but I will bet this one is a lot more complicated. I hope you actually have all of the parts for this car. It is basically a bare shell right now. I suggest getting an original parts book and service book. They both will...

Re: 115/3010
I have only seen that one other time and it was on a Buick 455 with a stamped steel impeller and it had rusted away. That's crazy. I bet it will cool a lot better with a working water pump!
