Perhaps it's worth considering why the original engine was changed and after how many years of use. IF it was likely worn out, then I would imagine some of the ancillaries would've already worn out and been changed - either like for like or similar. Agree Dion. It also looks unmolested and very straight - other than the damage to the nearside rear. Could this be a rare CV8 which looks worse on the body than the chassis (which still needs work)?
