I passed the MoT here and drove it until 2011. Then I started the restoration as a compensation to my office job as engineer. 2013 I founded my o...

Re: Martin, president of the Swiss club (what on earth?)

Well, of course everything was under control. This is how I use to drive in wintertime on snowy roads, having a proper RWD car with a LSD, manual gear and 3 passengers. Works perfect. There was not a real event on that, just a couple of classic car owners who want to have fun in the snow and behave ...

Le Jog 2014

Dear colleagues I just wanted to let you know, that I'll attend the 2014 Le Jog reliability trial. Unfortunately not in a Jensen, but at least in a V8.... Currently all the preparation work is ongoing. Installing tripmaster, sort out the navigators office, adjusting the ride height of the car (massi...

Re: Spring Weekend 2013!

My impression of the spring weekend?

Some brave guys with summer tyres on their classic Jensens joining this event. (Or shall we call them "mad"??)

Thanks to everybody for the warm welcome and specially for all the Jensen (and non-Jensen) taxi services.

Re: Ausi Toyota adertisement

Oh my dear.... How do you do it Martin? Usually alone, but sometimes my wife helps. Is it dirty? Depends on the point of view. I like it. It has to do with eggs. How many are involved? An infinite number of people. Depending on the size. Of course the effort increases by the fith power. Can I do it ...

Re: Resto 136-8658 in Switzerland

Happy New Year to everybody. My year started promising. The rear wheel arch section is in place an ready to be welded on. But before I had to re-create the inner wing section which was an interesting but time consuming job. http://www.flickr.com/photos/66924291@N07/" onclick="window.open(t...

Re: Any trace of a LHD FF?

come to think of it, you also have quite a private collection- aren't you missing a car in your list? Corrected.... :) I don't know if it's possible to get this type of info from the swiss DVLA I earlier days it was possible depending on the willing of the personel.... Re: Any trace of a LHD FF?

Talking for switzerland:

Tracking cars is not that easy. But another problem is, that such a rarity maybe is hidden in a private collection. (I remember a white FF in Glarus....) These cars never appear "officially".
