Re: New Build from the States

Mark Having been able to personally witness and drive both of your previous builds and come to see this Coupe at different stages, I know you will work through this and produce a beautiful car as it was obviously intended to be. I think you are spot on with the Panther as it provides the opening for...

Re: Roll Call North America

Tim in Northern California. Currently restoring a 1972 out of Texas after totaling my 1974. The 74 will be a significant interior donor for the 72. Sadly, 2 additional donor cars have come and gone also.

Re: Six Pack EFI in USA Crunched

Thanks Colin and Simon. I will keep her for now as the replacement car will be the donor for whatever I don't use. Colin, I wish I had kept up with that thread as a really sorted out the engine compartment so it was quite neat and tidy since those pictures. Just gives me a goal.

Six Pack EFI in USA Crunched

It is with sadness I report my car was in an accident. I am ok except for seatbelt bruises and I was alone...the end of a large rock wall won this battle. Insurance has deemed this car a total loss but I have retained ownership to bring another car to similar life with the bits from this one. Most o...

Re: LHD '74 jensen interceptor convertible in denmark for sa

I am in Denmark now from California. I tried to see this car today. It was put in storage. The dealer has many interesting cars. They are going to take me to see it Sunday or Monday. Other than me collecting details, is there anything in particular anyone wants me to look at?

If you are going to spend the money, I might suggest the MSD replacement. I did it to mine after repeated timing and distributor problems. It starts and runs like a new car...the EFI helps, too...but the MSD, distributor, ignition, and coil make all the diffrence in the world.

To expand briefly - although it is not a brief expansion - I followed up the EFI with a few more alterations to improve performance and functionality. The changes resulted in an opportunity to do a bit more tidying under the bonnet. The MSD coil already added was complimented by the MSD ignition Bru...

I am humbled by your comments. I read the articles about all the events in the UK and wish I could transplant for a year with car (and family :D ) to show at all the places I read about. Toast to all of you for I look at detail of the pictures of your cars as a challenge to improve my own. The new E...

Interceptor III Wheels - Chrome

When I bought 2211-1396 in 2004, a previous owner had "chromed" the original equipment wheels. It looks very striking but I have since purchased another set of rims and restored them thinking I would switch back and forth. Well, I don't switch them often enough to keep them so I am selling...

Keith,
That is the one....good find. I paid $3.00 US for it. I guess I will just add it to my growing library.
