Re: joke thread

I went to the doctor's. He said "You seem to be suffering from hypochondria." "I'm not surprised" I said "I've had everything else."

Re: Mk I Interceptor for sale.

Thanks Grant, well spotted. I feel stupid now. The family approached by Steve Hickey who contacted me as I am local. It would be good if we could get them a quick, uncomplicated sale.

Gerry, are you aware of an abandoned by Jensen GT somewhere in Dublin? I saw a photo of it on a Facebook page that I follow.

Re: Geneva Motor Show cars

Felix, John Lane has a copy of the album of photos provided by David Millard. There was a large album of motor show photos in the boardroom bookcase at Kelvin Way. When the receivers came in David took possession of it. If you speak to John he can have a look at the perfect copies that I had made fo...

We go for lunch frequently Felix, I'll get copies made of the originals and send them to you. There is a photo processing business in David's village.

Re: Geneva Motor Show cars

I was at david Millard's house today. He used to fly to Switzerland and visit all the Swiss and North Italian dealerships. He has several photos of himself with Edgar Schwynn's yellow Interceptor II. Some are taken in the Alps. I'm going to persuade him to write a piece for the club magazine to incl...

Kevin, I have an e-mail address for a guy in Stourbridge who is a big noise in the Austin Owners' Club. He has a beautifully restored Austin A40 Sports which was built by Jensen, either at carters Green or Kingswinford, not sure which. Let me know if you'd like his contact details. Paul.
