Re: AGM this year?

Just chased up Chris, the AGM is at Gaydon Saturday 10th August 2 pm to 5pm.

I will suggest someone sees if we can get some parking put aside for those that want to meet there or tour the museum beforehand.

Shaun, you can just type

Code: Select all

 for a thumbs up

I will have a look at what other emojis are available and see if I can sort an easy way of entering it

Low tech approach is to use the emoji entry on your phone / tablet keyboard

Re: Chrome Bumper Companies in Devon

Bit further afield but I have used S&T in Yate, South Glos and been very happy with them. I helped an overseas member pick his item up, it wasn't quite right and they sorted it out without problems.

If I go for re-chroming rather than stainless for my C-V8 bumpers that is where I will take them.

Re: Surviving Interceptors

Is the Wanaker museum the one with the Migs outside? Sarah spotted the Interceptor as we were driving past so we had to visit. I managed it so that our trip coincided with a Jensen meet in Hamilton, it was wonderful to see the cars in the original 70s colours, seems like most of the brown cars in th...

Jean Smith passed away last night

Former JOC committee member and long time member Jean Smith passed away last night at home surrounded by family. Jean was Regalia Secretary back when I joined in 2000, and also ran the Wessex Area along with husband Alan. Jean's warm welcome and enthusiasm is one of the reasons I became so involved ...

Re: Best Version of Interceptor (Saloon) and Why?

I agree with the pram top on a Convertible but wouldn't say no to one, but disagree with the clear glass on the Coupe, I like that. I remember being impressed with the Coupe when Andrew Edwards gave me the key to one as a spotty teenager at Cropredy a few years ago, I liked the way you could see out...
