2011 - 2012.  Stainless Steel fuel tank fitted, water pump and timing chain replaced.


2014 - 2016 I removed the engine in 2014 to unblock the waterways and replace core plugs as the engine was overheating . I took the opportunity to rebuild the bottom end and rebore the block. Prior to the Turin trip in 2016 I upgraded the Dunlop brakes to a Fossway upgrade, fitted a high output alternator and  cooling fans, high volume oil pump and electronic ignition.

In response to my appeal for on the road information I got this reply


Since my last update I removed the engine in 2014 to unblock the waterways and replace core plugs as the engine was overheating . I took the opportunity to rebuild the bottom end and rebore the block.

Prior to the Turin trip in 2016 I upgraded the Dunlop brakes to a Fossway upgrade, fitted a high output alternator and  cooling fans, high volume oil pump and electronic ignition. Since 2012  2960 won best paintwork award at the 2013 Bristol Classic Car show, has  been to Le Man's three times,Turin in 2016 and Saxony in 2017.

Since ownership most mechanical parts except engine gearbox and back axle have been replaced. Bodywork was restored in 1995
