Web site stock levels: Our website does not have a real time stock system. If an item is showing in stock, this may not be an accurate value. Stock is allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Out of stock items: If you place an order but later receive an 'Out of stock' notification, your order will be placed on hold until it can be fulfilled. We can usually re-stock any item within a maximum of 28 days. If the delay is not acceptable we can despatch all available goods and refund the balance owed to you. Alternatively you have the option at this point to cancel the order for a full refund.

Order Errors: If when placing an order an error is made that is deemed to be the purchasers error the purchaser is liable for all costs incurred including collection and re-sending of the correct goods. The JOC will put right any orders in the event that we have sent an incorrect item.
