118 2860, Ex Paris show car 1968...French registered , when sold by me to an American buyer, from Los Angeles, who, as told, owned a Series 3 convertible ???Picture enclosed, as is when I sold it, minus engine.I bought the excellent archives from Martin Robbey, for every cars, and it is really fascinating, so I knew why the car was minus engine, when bought by me, at the Swiss border,being sold, one year and half after the Paris show car, to a customer who bought it from the French Marcos Importer, but the engine blowed up, and the car was supposed to get a new one,but being run under what we call " garage plates " for more than one year,so not officially registered...

The buyer wanted a new engine from Jensen, which told him that the car wasn't under guaranty, being more than one year old...and so on...

Hope this will help to sell.

( Just one thing,: located 20 miles, from Roscoff Ferry-port, could collect, if foot passenger  )
